Positive: Everything was close by, bus, supermarket, restaurants, the promenade. A really nice home away from home

Positive: Beautifully refurbished apartments. Everything as described/photographed. Comfortable seating area. Bed, pillows etc. were comfortable. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Staff were very pleasant when we saw them.
Negative: Would have been good to have had more practical information about the facilities, either on check in or by simple details in the apartment. There were masses of instruction leaflets in a cupboard but simplicity helps. There should be a heated towel rail/heater in the bathroom for winter visits. Towels were wet and the room became damp. Although staff could be contacted on WhatsApp it would have been good to see reception staffed more and to have some basic tourist information available.

Positive: Great location, great price for that location. Good facilities, air con was great and the swimming pool was excellent. Apartment easy to use, washing machine, oven and tumble dryer. Full kitchen facilities including microwave oven. Monika was excellent, she would whatsapp straight back when I contacted her for anything! Absolutely incredible service, can’t fault those who run these apartments! We would definitely stay here again!
Negative: Swimming pool had a bit too much chlorine and a slightly strange smell to the surroundings. Top 3 tiles could do with a clean as they are green. Few ants on the balcony and inside the apartment, but nothing major. Very dusty under the bed and behind furniture and the walls were a little dirty throughout with hand prints. Sofa was uncomfortable but that is down to taste and comfort preferences.
Summary: Excellent, would stay again!

Positive: We loved everything about the apartment and location was perfect for us. Near everything that we needed to be near but with peace and quiet at night time to help with relaxation and decent nights sleep. Monika was waiting upon our arrival at the reception on the ground floor and surprised us with earlier than usual check in as per my request and we were so delighted with this after our long flight. She is a wonderful host and gave us a perfect introduction to the facilities, as well as answering many of my queries in advance of our stay.. Amazing bonus having the washing machine and tumble dryer in the large balcony area and we loved not having a key to the place as this removed the fear of losing it! Immaculately spotless and cleaning services also available if needed, all included as part of the price. Bed extremely comfortable with decent pillows, large shower and everything we needed in the kitchen including large fridge freezer so we always had cool water and ice at all times, which is so important during the immensely hot weather. Large TV with netflix and you tube and plenty of storage space for unpacking. I used the pool on the rooftop a few times only which was great and helped cool me down in the mornings and evenings. Sun lounger area nice also. Reception area tastefully decorated as are the apartments and always lovely and cool with air conditioning.
Negative: Difficult to come up with anything we didn't like as it really was as good if not better, than how it looks online and all the other positive reviews are true. We did have some trouble with our air conditioner after the first day however we never requested it to be looked at and managed with it as it was for the remainder of the trip. I have no doubt if we contacted Monika that it would have been sorted out immediately. Only other things I would suggest that could be improved upon would be the top three tiles around the perimeter of the roof top pool need a good clean. Also it would be great to have a small retractable washing line on the balcony, with some clothes pegs available in the laundry area to hang up some small items such as swim wear and towels etc to help us be greener and avoid using the tumble dryer. However the place is excellent overall and as I say it was challenging to come up with these small areas for improvement 😀

Positive: Everything was great. The apartment is a bit too big for a “just-arrived, slept, and went out exploring Malta” type of stay. Yes, in spring when it’s cold, you have to use the AC for heating. But in warmer weather, it will definitely be comfortable and pleasantly cool. Thanks for the coffee and the set of tableware – it was very convenient.
Negative: Just a small suggestion :) it wasn’t very clear whether tap water was safe to drink or use, so we ended up buying bottled water. If you could add a note about that in the description, it would be really helpful for future guests!
